The following are the role of every member of the group in this video:
1. Jason Tanardi act as Jerry Fannegan or Client 1
2. Steffani Novenia act as Secretary 1 and Secretary 2
3. Komang Handi act as the boss (Mary Jenkins)
4. Kate Yan Hua-Hua act as Tanya Griswold or Client 2
